Alyssa Dempsey

Alyssa Dempsey is a medical student at the State University of New York Downstate Health Sciences University, expected to graduate with a Doctor of Medicine degree in May 2027. With extensive experience in both healthcare and public relations, Alyssa has served as an EMT with the Ridgewood Volunteer Ambulance Corps and held various roles including Senior Proctor at Tutor Associates and volunteer intern with The Leukemia & Lymphoma Society focused on community and patient outreach. Previous positions encompass agent coordination and assistance at Artist Group International, as well as operations and customer service management at Ode à la ROSE. Alyssa's earlier career includes public relations roles at Big Picture Media and writing for idobi Network. Alyssa holds a Postbaccalaureate in Pre-Medicine from New York University and a Bachelor of Arts in Anthropology and Spanish from the same institution.
