Dawn Hamlin is a dedicated academic and educator with extensive experience in the field of educational psychology and special education. Since 2008, Dawn has served as the Chair and Associate Professor at SUNY Oneonta, contributing to the development of future professionals in educational psychology, counseling, and special education. Dawn also held the position of President at the New York State Coalition for Educating Children with Disabilities (NYSCEC) from 2011 to 2012. Academically, Dawn earned a Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D.) in Special Education from Penn State University, a Master's Degree in Special Education and Teaching from Le Moyne College, and a Bachelor's Degree in Multi-field from St. Lawrence University.
