Anne Rudack

Anne Rudack has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the EUV Mask Blank Development Center Operations Manager at SEMATECH since April 2001, where responsibilities include managing clean room operations, budget management with a focus on a $6 million budget, and various operational aspects. Previously, Anne held the position of Lithography Module Manager at SEMATECH, overseeing manufacturing and engineering activities. Earlier career highlights include serving as Start-up Manager at Photronics and holding various management positions at IBM, including Project Manager for advanced mask development and Lithography Equipment Engineering Manager. Anne holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Chemistry from Trinity College, earned between 1985 and 1990.
