Moritaka Nakamura

Moritaka Nakamura has extensive experience in the semiconductor industry, currently serving as the Technology Transfer Manager at SEMATECH since August 2007. Prior roles include Director of the Strategic Planning Office for Electron Devices at FUJITSU Limited from April 2004 to July 2007, and Research Manager at the Environmentally Benign Etching Technology Laboratory with the Association of Super-Advanced Electronic Technologies from March 2001 to March 2004. Educationally, Nakamura earned a Bachelor of Engineering in Materials Science from The University of Tokyo between 1971 and 1975.
