Thomas Dyer is a seasoned expert in semiconductor process and device integration, currently serving in photonics process integration at the College of Nanoscale Science and Engineering and as a Technical Project Manager at SEMATECH. With extensive experience at IBM, Dyer developed critical processes for 3D integration, BEOL, and FEOL, significantly contributing to advanced CMOS technologies and leading various project initiatives. Dyer also held academic roles as an adjunct professor at Vassar College and has a rich background in semiconductor development and research, having worked at institutions such as Los Alamos National Laboratory and General Atomics. Dyer holds a Ph.D. in Physics from UC San Diego, along with a Master's and Bachelor's degree in Physics and Mathematics.
