Carol Anstey

Carol Anstey is currently working as a Disability Resource Coach at SUNY Sullivan since March 2023. Previously, Carol held the position of Vocational Rehabilitation Counselor at NYS Education Department - ACCES VR from December 2005 to March 2023. Carol Anstey obtained their Master's Degree in Rehabilitation Counseling from the University at Buffalo.
