Ilari Tervonen has a diverse work experience in various roles and industries. Ilari started their career in 2010 as the Founder and CEO of Got Balls - Kahvakuulailu, where they organized open kettlebell courses and provided personal training services. In 2012, they became a Team-Entrepreneur at Co-operative Ideafly, where they worked with 17 other team-entrepreneurs and gained hands-on experience in running a cooperative business.

In 2015, Ilari joined Intotalo as a Sales Director, focusing on strengthening people in business and workplaces. Ilari then transitioned to Nordic Business Forum in 2009, where they worked as a Team Member and Sales Professional, organizing coaching sessions and networking events.

Currently, Ilari is employed at Suomen Digimarkkinointi Oy, where they hold multiple roles. Ilari started in 2017 as the Chief Sales Officer, contributing to the company's growth through digital marketing. In 2019, they became a Partner and further advanced to the position of Chief Marketing Officer in March 2021. In their current role, Ilari plays a vital role in creating growth for the company by implementing their MRACE® marketing model, which focuses on digitalization and measurability.

Ilari Tervonen began their education in 2004 at Sotkamo High School, where they completed their Graduate degree in an unspecified field of study in 2008. Following this, from 2010 to 2013, they attended Team Academy, where they obtained a bachelor's degree in business administration. During their time at Team Academy, they studied various subjects including economics, team coaching, cooperative companies, and dialogue.
