Niko Lahtinen

Niko Lahtinen began their career in 2006 as an Automation Assembler at Insta Automation Oy, where they worked on outsourced electrical installing projects. In 2007, they joined Metsä Board as an Automation Assembler, overseeing post-processing magazine paper production and leading the future development of processes from an electrical perspective. In 2008, they were promoted to Electrical Installer and Project Coordinator at Metsä Board, where they were responsible for electrical processes and their development, as well as the technical electrical running and development of a full paper machine. Niko wrote their Bachelor's thesis on coater logic development, which led to a major new project for plant improvement. In 2013, Lahtinen joined Suomen Digimarkkinointi Oy as a Partner and CRO, specializing in digital marketing campaign production, primarily focusing on Google Adwords, Facebook advertising campaigns, and SEO. Niko also played a role in project development planning, particularly in SEO projects. With successful implementation of new methods, they were able to recruit new employees and focus on building sales processes and a sales team. Since 2017, Lahtinen has been the Executive Vice President of Rulla Media Oy, where they help develop profitable and scalable video production for business needs, documenting valuable highlights for customers in a reliable and honest manner.

Niko Lahtinen has a diverse educational background that includes studies in economics, business, digital marketing, management, and related support services. From 2012 to 2014, they attended the University of Jyväskylä, where they obtained an M.Sc. degree in Economics. Prior to that, from 2006 to 2011, they pursued their Master of Engineering (M.Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronics Engineering at Jyväskylä University of Applied Sciences. Additionally, between 2002 and 2005, they attended Jyväskylä Vocational School, where the specific degree earned is unavailable, but their field of study was Automation Installation.
