Tanja Viikki

Tanja Viikki is a seasoned professional in peace and reconciliation with extensive experience in policy and strategy development. Since January 2017, Tanja serves as a Senior Adviser on Peace and Reconciliation at Felm and has been a member of the EU SSR Pool of Experts since February 2011. Tanja's previous roles include Advisor in Conflict and Governance at the Ministry for Foreign Affairs of Finland, Researcher and Senior Researcher at CMC Finland, and Policy Adviser at the EULEX Mission in Kosovo. Tanja has also contributed to the United Nations Assistance Mission in Afghanistan and the European Union Special Representative's Office in Afghanistan. Academic credentials include a Master's degree in International Relations and Affairs from The University of Tampere and additional qualifications in Project Management and EU Project Financing from the Jyväskylä Institute for Adult Education.
