Tero Massa

Tero Massa is an experienced professional in international cooperation and church work, currently serving as Regional Director for Asia at Suomen Lähetysseura (Felm) since December 2012. Over the years, Tero has held various leadership roles, including Program Director and Project Director, focusing on restructuring Felm’s international department and developing strategic international partnerships. Tero has managed numerous projects across the Mekong Region and Papua New Guinea, addressing areas such as church work, development, and advocacy. With a robust background in theology and organizational leadership, Tero has significantly contributed to communication efforts within the church and has served in various pastoral roles prior to joining Felm. Tero's educational qualifications include a Doctor of Theology and several specialized degrees in organizational leadership and management.
