Pekka Raunio

Pekka Raunio has extensive experience in customs and maritime logistics, currently serving as the Chief of the Sea Traffic Centre at Finnish Customs since October 2009. Prior to this role, Pekka worked at Finnish Customs from January 1982 to 2009, holding positions as a Risk Analyst, Customs Officer, and Senior Customs Officer. Pekka holds a Master of Business Administration (MBA) in Business Administration and Entrepreneurship from Satakunta University of Applied Sciences, obtained between 2012 and 2015, a Bachelor's Degree in Maritime Logistics from SAMK/MKK, earned from 1994 to 2000, and a Certificate in International Shipping and Commerce in Maritime Administration and Logistics from Turun yliopisto, completed between 1994 and 1997.
