Adil CHIHI is an experienced technical director at Super Cerame SA since April 2007, overseeing industrial strategy deployment and management of manufacturing operations to meet client demands for volume, timelines, and quality. Previously, Adil CHIHI served as production director, managing all production sections in a facility that processes 14,000 m² daily and leading a team of 250 personnel. Prior experience includes roles at Maghreb Steel, where Adil CHIHI managed production lines and teams, ensuring efficiency, training, and operational cooperation. Adil CHIHI holds a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Systems and Computer Networks from Estem, a Diplôme d'ingénieur in Computer Science, Electrical, Electronics, and Automation from the Faculté des Sciences et Technologie, and a DUT in Electrotechnics from Ecole Supérieure de Technologie.
