Gage Sonntag

Gage Sonntag's work experience includes serving as a Sr Director of Data at Super.com since January 2024. Before that, they worked as a Director of Data Analytics & Engineering at Super.com from February 2022 to January 2024. Prior to their role at Super.com, Gage was a Managing Director of Platform Engineering at Bond Brand Loyalty from August 2021 to February 2022, and a Director of Data Engineering & Data Science at the same company from April 2020 to August 2021. Gage also worked as a Research Assistant/Teaching Assistant at Queen's University from November 2018 to September 2020. Gage's earlier experience includes positions such as Associate Director of Client Analytics and Manager of Analytics at LoyaltyOne from November 2017 to April 2020, Brewer at Grizzly Paw Brewing Company from December 2015 to September 2016, and Development Engineer and Completions Engineer at Encana from November 2014 to July 2015 and August 2013 to November 2014 respectively. Gage started their career as a Reservoir Engineering Student at Encana Corporation in May 2012 and worked there until August 2012. Gage also worked as a Student Operator at Encana Corporation in May 2011. Gage has gained research experience as a Research Assistant at the University of Saskatchewan from May 2010 to August 2010 and at the University of Victoria from May 2009 to August 2009. At the University of Victoria, their research work was supported by a scholarship from the National Science & Engineering Research Council and later published in the Journal of the American Chemical Society.

Gage Sonntag holds a Master's Degree in Master of Management Analytics (MMA) from Queen's University, which they completed between 2017 and 2018. Prior to that, they attended the University of Saskatchewan from 2007 to 2013, where they studied Chemical Engineering and Chemistry. Additionally, Gage has obtained certifications in Deep Learning from Coursera Course Certificates and as a SAS Certified Predictive Modeler Using SAS Enterprise Miner 13 from SAS.
