Katherine Tamayo Ospina

Katherine Tamayo Ospina is an experienced professional in productivity and operations management, currently serving as Coordinador de productividad y TPM at Super de Alimentos since July 2024. Prior to this role, Katherine held the position of Coordinador de operaciones at Buencafé – Colombian Coffee Growers Federation from December 2023 to June 2024, and played a key role as Lider de productividad y TPM at Super de Alimentos from September 2020 to November 2023. Additional experience includes serving as Auxiliar docente at Universidad Nacional de Colombia in June 2019 and as an Aprendiz en prácticas at Ternium. Katherine also worked as Monitor de laboratorio at Universidad Nacional de Colombia from February 2015 to November 2018. Katherine holds a degree in Chemical Engineering and a specialization in Production Management from Universidad Nacional de Colombia.
