Mariana Aguirre is an experienced professional with a diverse background in the fields of nutrition, business management, and compliance. Currently serving as the owner of AMAR - Productos Orgánicos since August 2020, Mariana operates an online store specializing in organic products for personal and environmental care. In addition, Mariana has been an Assistant Compliance Officer at La Alhondiga Centro Cambiario S.A de C.V. since January 2016. Previous roles include ownership and management of Barbería El Galgo Negro, practice as a Nutritionist at Consultorio Particular, and teaching mathematics applied to nutrition and food history as a university instructor at Escuela de capacitación laboral.
