Shannon Vassell has been working in customer service since 2013. Shannon started their career as a Customer Service Representative for Cablevision, where they were responsible for communicating with subscribers and company representatives to facilitate and address customer inquiries. In 2014, they moved to LaserShip as a Team Supervisor, where they were responsible for directing daily operations of 25 to 35 drivers and GPS tracking. Shannon also addressed Service requests and oversaw daily schedules for all drivers. In 2015, they joined XPO Logistics, Inc. as a Courier Dispatcher, where they were responsible for directing 25 employees daily while orchestrating pharmaceutical deliveries. Shannon was also accountable for conducting and receiving phone calls and developing schedules. In 2021, they joined Super Dispatch as a Customer Support Specialist.

Shannon Vassell graduated from Franklin Delano Roosevelt High School in 2010 with a High School Diploma in Communication and Media Studies. Shannon also holds a certification as an Accident and Health Agent from Pohs Institute.
