Zack Callaham has a diverse work experience spanning different industries. Zack started their career at MCI as a Small Business Direct Account Executive, where they played a crucial role in the start-up of the company's marketing effort in the Greenville, SC district. Zack worked with their team to achieve the highest ranking in their market tier, with the district ranking in the Top 6 out of 70+ districts.
Afterward, Zack joined Sprint as an Assistant Store Manager, where they received the Pinnacle Club Award for their outstanding operational and sales performance. Zack also created an efficient inventory system for the retail store(s), which involved tracking and analyzing a weekly average of 750 units.
Currently, Zack holds the position of Head of Customer Experience & Sales at Super Duper Publications. In this role, they have successfully established new revenue opportunities through e-commerce platforms such as Amazon, eBay, Staples, and Quill. In 2020, they generated an additional revenue of $1.25M.
Zack Callaham attended Clemson University from 1995 to 2000, where they graduated with a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing.
