Craig Wells has a diverse work experience spanning various roles and companies. Craig started their career as an Assistant at Drisko Studio Architects Inc in 2005, where they performed general administrative duties and also worked on drafting and documentation. In 2006, they became an Office Manager at Psychic Bunny before returning to Drisko Studio Architects Inc as an Associate from 2007 to 2009.

In 2009, Craig joined Carnegie Mellon University as a Masters Student at the Entertainment Technology Center. Craig graduated in May 2011 with a Masters in Entertainment Technology.

After completing their degree, Craig joined Disney Interactive Media Group in 2011. Craig held several roles during their time there, starting as an Associate Product Manager. Craig then became a Product Manager/Producer, leading teams in the development of multiplatform mobile games. Later, they were promoted to the position of Lead Producer, overseeing teams focused on developing games synchronized across iOS and Android platforms.
