Grace Lifton has a diverse work experience spanning across multiple roles and companies. Grace started their career as a Localization Project Manager at - WRKSHP - in 2016, where they handled the localization process and managed related bugs. Grace then moved on to become a QA Tester at - WRKSHP - before transitioning to NCSOFT as a QA Tester II in 2017. In 2018, they joined Electronic Arts (EA) as a QA Analyst, where they took ownership of multiple features and improved communication and efficiencies within remote teams. Grace then joined Apple as a QA Engineer in 2019 before transitioning to Astreya as both a Program Analyst and Project Manager at Google. In these roles, they managed beta testing programs, created process documentation, and collaborated with stakeholders to ensure program success. Most recently, they worked at Big Run Studios Inc. as an Associate Producer, where they led cross-functional teams, worked closely with the QA team, and collaborated with various teams to ensure project requirements were met. Grace is currently working as a Game Producer at Super Evil Megacorp.

Grace Lifton obtained a Bachelor's Degree in Games and Simulation Arts and Sciences from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute, where they attended from 2010 to 2014. In addition to their degree, they have also obtained various certifications. In September 2019, they became a Certified ScrumMaster (CSM) through the Scrum Alliance. In October 2019, they completed the course "ENCE607.1x: Applied Scrum for Project Management" from edX. In September 2020, they obtained the certification "Cert Prep: Project Management Professional (PMP)®" from LinkedIn. Lastly, in April 2021, they obtained the "Project Management Professional (PMP)®" certification from the Project Management Institute.
