Nitish Agarwal

Nitish Agarwal is an accomplished technology leader with extensive experience in engineering and product development. Currently serving as the Head of Engineering for Payments and Storefront at super.money since February 2024, Nitish leads initiatives in core payments, UPI, bill payments, and co-branded card offerings, alongside responsibilities in growth and retention through rewards, referral programs, and gamification strategies. Prior to super.money, Nitish held significant roles at CRED from January 2022 to January 2024, where leadership in the Bill Payments and Credit Card Management charters was instrumental in enhancing revenue and retention metrics, managing a team of over 40 engineers. Nitish's earlier tenure at Flipkart spanned nearly nine years, during which crucial contributions were made in retail inventory planning, procurement, and the development of a multi-tenant financial platform. Nitish holds a Bachelor of Engineering degree in Computer Science from the Birla Institute of Technology, Mesra.
