Angela Sharpe

Angela Sharpe has a diverse work experience spanning various industries. Angela began their career as a Secondary School Teacher, specializing in Business and Mathematics, at Catholic Education from 2003 to 2007. Angela then worked as a Project Manager at Colliers International, where they managed residential land developments and supervised a team of sales agents from 2007 to 2010. Following that, Angela joined Franklyn Scholar as a Training Manager and Lead Trainer, delivering workplace-based training programs across different industries until 2012.

From 2012 to 2020, Angela worked at Virgin Australia in different roles. Angela started as a Leader, Training Delivery, overseeing training delivery for ground operations and guest services. Angela then held the position of Manager, Capability and Change & General Manager Delegate, Ground Operations, where they managed learning and assessment strategies, change management, and risk management plans for regional and international airports. Angela also served as Manager, Business Support, tasked with establishing the structure of the Business Support department within the newly-formed Customer Service Delivery division.

Most recently, Angela joined BHP as an Onboarding Superintendent in 2020, responsible for managing the bulk onboarding of frontline team members for new deployments.

Currently, Angela serves as the Head of HR Services at Super Retail Group, a role they started in 2021. Angela'sresponsibilities include implementing a progressive and efficient Shared Services function, contract management, demand planning, optimizing HR information systems, and improving employee data governance. Angela has extensive experience in HR services and a strong focus on delivering a positive employee experience across the employee lifecycle.
