Byron Mitchell

Byron Mitchell is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in management and strategic roles. Currently serving as Change and Communications Manager at Super Retail Group since April 2006, Byron has also held positions as Regional Manager and Brand Roster Coach, focusing on workforce planning change and stakeholder engagement at the executive level. Prior to this, Byron was Regional Manager at Rebel Sport from November 2012 to February 2025, effectively leading 13 diverse stores and driving profitability. Additionally, Byron managed four sites as Store Manager at Amart Sports from March 2008 to November 2012, where the focus was on team development and exceptional customer service. Byron's foundational education was completed at Saint Thomas More College from 1996 to 2000.
