Claire O'Hara is an experienced operations leader with a strong background in continuous improvement and team management across various sectors. Currently serving as General Manager of Operations and Continuous Improvement at Super Retail Group since March 2023, Claire's previous roles include ADC Operations Manager at Coles, and Quality Director at Campbell Arnott's.
