Faisal Zahir

Faisal Zahir has extensive work experience in various roles and companies. Faisal currently works at Super Retail Group as a Delivery Lead for ERP and Corporate systems since September 2022. Before that, they worked at ASG Group and SMS Management & Technology as a Consultant from December 2017 to August 2022. Prior to that, they held various positions at Cognizant Technology Solutions, including Associate Director, where they managed offshore teams, generated annual revenue, and worked in the insurance industry. Faisal started their professional career at Tata Consultancy Services as an Associate Consultant from 1998 to 2010. Before that, they worked at TRF Ltd. TATA Enterprise as a GTE in 1997.

Faisal Zahir holds a Bachelor's Degree in Mechanical Engineering from Jadavpur University, which they obtained from 1993 to 1997. Prior to that, they completed their Higher Secondary education in Science from Maulana Azad College from 1990 to 1992. Faisal also completed their Secondary X education in CBSE from Kendriya Vidyalaya from 1988 to 1990 and their Secondary education in CBSE from Bhavan's Vidya Mandir from 1987 to 1988. Additionally, Faisal has obtained several certifications in areas such as Blockchain Basics, Cybersecurity Foundations, IT Security Foundations, and Introduction to AWS for Non-Engineers. Faisal has also obtained various certifications related to Agile methodologies, including Certified SAFe® 4 Scrum Master and Agile Product Owner Role.
