Graeme Crozier

Graeme Crozier is an experienced executive in e-commerce and digital transformation, currently serving as Executive General Manager of E-Commerce & Digital at Super Retail Group since February 2024. Prior to this role, Graeme held the position of Head of Customer Transformation (Interim) at Suncorp Group, contributing to the establishment of a customer-led transformation program. Graeme's previous experience includes General Manager of Customer Digital and Memberships at Scentre Group, where a strategic review and transformation of a membership program was successfully executed, and a tenure at Telstra that featured various senior roles focused on driving consumer and small business engagement, including the successful launch of the Telstra Plus digital platform. Graeme's career also includes leadership roles at Ergo Strategy Pty Ltd, Partners in Performance, and Bain & Company. Educational qualifications include a First Class Honours LLB from the University of Otago, a Graduate Certificate in Economics and Finance from Victoria University of Wellington, and a Bachelor of Arts in Philosophy from the University of Otago.
