Peter Everingham

Peter Everingham was appointed a Director of the Company on 19 December 2017. He is an experienced executive with over 25 years' corporate experience, including 18 years in senior executive roles in the digital sector. He was formerly managing director of SEEK Limited's International Division, and served as a non-executive director of the education businesses, IDP Education, Online Education Services and THINK Education, as well as chairman of Seek’s China subsidiary, Zhaopin Limited. His previous executive roles include serving as Director of Strategy for Yahoo! in Australia and Southeast Asia. Peter is also currently appointed as a non-executive director of ME Bank, iCar Asia and WWF-Australia, Australia's largest conservation organisation. He holds a Masters of Business Administration from IESE and a Bachelor of Economics from The University of Sydney, and is a Graduate Member of the Australian Institute of Company Directors.
