Regine Cracknell's work experience includes various roles in different organizations. Regine is currently employed at Super Retail Group as the Head of Operating Model Frameworks since August 2023. Before that, they worked as the Head of Business Improvement from July 2021 to August 2023.

Prior to joining Super Retail Group, Regine worked at Queensland Fire and Emergency Services as the Executive Manager of Digital Transformation starting in September 2019.

Regine has also worked at Deloitte Australia, where they held multiple positions over several years. Regine started as a Graduate and then progressed to Senior Analyst, Consultant, Client Manager, and eventually Senior Manager. In their roles, they specialized in consulting, risk advisory, project assurance, and process improvement in industries such as Mining, Public Sector, Defence, Energy, and Resources.

Before joining Deloitte Australia, Regine worked as an IT Support Officer at MYP Corporation from 2009 to 2011.

Regine Cracknell attended Takapuna Grammar School from 2006 to 2008. Regine then studied at The University of Queensland from 2008 to 2011, where they obtained a Bachelor of Information Technology/Commerce with a specialization in Information Systems. Regine Cracknell also holds additional certifications, including PRINCE2 Agile Foundation from Yellowhouse, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification from Deloitte (Internal) Training, and Professional Scrum Master from Scrum.org.
