Tim has been at Super Steel for 11 years and has had managerial responsibilities from Operational Improvement to Purchasing and Inventory Management. He has spent over 25 years in Manufacturing, Sales, Purchasing, and Continuous Improvement responsibilities with OEMs and Large Contract Fabricators. Having hands-on and leadership experience in most aspects of a business allows Tim to make decisions by understanding the facts and looking at the overall effect on the business, not just the narrow scope of the current responsibility.
