Mariel Fredericksen has extensive experience in sales and business development. Mariel is currently working as the Sales Director at Super7 since 2022. Previously, they served as the Director of Retail & Wholesale (North & South America) at Eaglemoss Publishing Group from 2021 to 2022. In this role, Mariel developed strategies to grow the business and simplified product offerings. Prior to that, they worked at Amscan from 2012 to 2021, where they held multiple roles including Director of Sales and Business Development, Sales Manager for North & South America, Senior Account Manager, and Account Manager. Mariel was responsible for managing teams, setting budgets, analyzing growth opportunities, and overseeing the development and sales of costumes, accessories, and party decor. Before joining Amscan, Mariel worked at J.Crew as a Manager from 2007 to 2012, where they managed the sales floor, achieved sales goals, and performed administrative functions.

Mariel Fredericksen completed their Bachelor of Arts degree in East Asian Studies and Mandarin Chinese from Dickinson College, where they studied from 2007 to 2011. Additionally, they spent a year at Peking University in 2009-2010, focusing on the study of Mandarin Chinese and its culture.
