Sripada Chandrasekhar

Dr. Chandrasekhar Sripada is an accomplished professional with extensive experience in human resources, currently serving as a Clinical Professor and Practice Professor at the Indian School of Business since August 2017. Prior to this role, Dr. Sripada held significant leadership positions, including President & Global Head of HR at Dr. Reddy's Laboratories from August 2013 to July 2017, and Vice President & Head HR for India/South Asia at IBM from May 2009 to July 2013. Additional experience includes serving as Vice President & Head HR at Capgemini, President - HR at Reliance Infocomm, and Vice President & Head HR at NIIT. Dr. Sripada's academic credentials include an MBA in Business Management from the University of Leeds and an M.A. in English Literature from the University of Hyderabad.
