Adam Shaw has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Adam has held various roles throughout their career, starting as a UK Sales Consultant at Golfbreaks.com in 2007. Their exceptional performance led to a job offer as a graduate, thanks to being awarded "Sales Student of the Year".
Afterward, Adam worked at Golfbreaks.com as a Product Executive and later as a Product Manager, where they were responsible for managing relationships, coordinating marketing campaigns, negotiating rates, and developing new regions and products in Spain and Portugal.
In 2012, Adam joined Betfair as a Games Product Executive, where they successfully delivered the initiation and delivery of Bingo and a new slots product. Adam then transitioned to the role of Senior Product Manager - Casino, where they managed the entire product and product roadmap, including development for multiple regulated jurisdictions and channels.
Moving on, Adam joined Paddy Power Betfair in 2015 as Head of Rest of World. Adam later became the Head of International Commercial and then the International Director, responsible for overseeing global operations.
In 2019, Adam joined Superbet as the Managing Director (online) before being promoted to the role of Chief Revenue Officer (CRO) in October 2022.
Throughout their career, Adam has demonstrated strong leadership skills, relationship management abilities, and a proven track record of delivering successful projects within budget and on schedule.
Adam Shaw attended Alcester Grammar School from 1998 to 2005. Following this, they studied at Loughborough University from 2005 to 2009, where they obtained a 2:1 degree in Sport & Leisure Management.
