Andrei Popa

Andrei Popa has a diverse work experience spanning over several companies. Andrei started their career as a Stock Broker at Capital Group of Central Europe in December 2007. Andrei then moved on to work as an Online Manager at SDH Barings from September 2008 to July 2009. In 2010, they joined S.C. Bet Cafe Arena S.R.L. as the Head of Trading, a position they held until May 2012. From August 2012 to July 2014, Andrei worked as a Sports Security analyst at bwin.party digital entertainment. Andrei then progressed to become the Manager of Sports Risk Analysts in August 2014 and held this role until December 2016. Andrei then joined Superbet in December 2016, initially serving as the Head of Business Intelligence until December 2018. Currently, they hold the position of Director of Business Intelligence at Superbet, starting in January 2019.

Andrei Popa completed their education in a chronological order. Andrei started their educational journey at Colegiul National Sfantul Sava Bucuresti from 2002 to 2006, where they studied Mathematics. After that, they attended Academia de Studii Economice din Bucuresti from 2006 to 2009 and obtained a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration. Andrei further pursued their education at the same institution from 2009 to 2011 and obtained a Master's degree in International Economic Diplomacy.

In addition to their formal education, Andrei Popa has also acquired several certifications. In May 2013, they completed the "Financial Engineering and Risk Management" certification from Coursera. Later, in July 2019, they obtained the "Tableau Desktop Specialist" certification from Tableau Software. In December 2020, they completed the "Data-driven product management by Go Practice Simulator" certification from GoPractice, Inc. Most recently, in June 2023, they obtained the "Hands On Essentials - Data Warehouse" certification from Snowflake.
