Daniela Toma

Daniela Toma has a diverse work experience in various companies. Daniela currently works as a Benefits Manager at Superbet since 2021. Prior to this, they worked at ING Romania from 2017 to 2021, first as an HR Operations - Benefits specialist where they were responsible for managing the benefits strategy, budget, and implementation of a flexible benefits platform. Daniela also handled tasks such as negotiating with service providers, managing enrollments, and updating employees' benefits packages. Additionally, they prepared reports for payroll and finance departments and ensured compliance with deductions and taxation laws. Daniela also worked on other HR projects and provided backup support for reporting activities.

Before joining ING Romania, Daniela worked at Coneco Romania from 2015 to 2017 as an Office Manager and HR Admin. Prior to that, they were an Assistant Manager at Enescu&Enescu Law Firm from 2014 to 2015.

Daniela Toma completed their Bachelor's degree in Marketing from Academia de Studii Economice din București from 2013 to 2015. Before that, they attended Colegiul Economic Ion Ghica from 2008 to 2012, where they studied Accounting. In addition to their formal education, Daniela Toma obtained a Human Resources Inspector Certificate from Picon Training Center in November 2016.
