Or Kurlander has a diverse work experience in various product and project management roles. In 2008, Or started as a Junior Analyst at Redwood International Sports before moving on to become a Senior Data Analyst. Or then took on the role of Product Owner, overseeing the submission of reports and implementing a training program for new analysts. At WW Computer Systems Ltd, Or worked as a Project Manager from 2014 to 2015. Or then joined Derivco Ipswich as a Project Manager and later transitioned to the role of Product Owner.

In 2017, Or joined Inspired Gaming Group as a Senior Product Manager, responsible for product development and management. Or continued in a similar role at William Hill from 2019 to 2020.

Or currently holds the position of Product Manager at Happening since September 2019 and recently joined Superbet as a Product Marketing Manager in September 2020.

Or Kurlander has a Master's Degree in Project Management from the University of West London, which was completed in 2015. In 2016, they obtained a Scrum master certificate from Learning Tree, specializing in Scrum. Prior to these achievements, Or attended Shenkar College of Engineering and Design from 2005 to 2009, where they earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Industrial Engineering & Management. Additionally, in March of 2017, Or obtained a certification as an App Store Marketing Specialist from Mobile Action - Mobile Data Intelligence & Actionable Insights.
