Frank Keienburg

Frank Keienburg has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries. Frank started their career as a Graphics Designer intern at Volkswagen AG in 1993. In 1995, they undertook an apprenticeship at Haus zur Hanse GmbH, where they gained skills in customer service, barkeeping, and sommelier training. After completing the apprenticeship, they worked as a Restaurant Specialist at the same company.

In 1998, Frank joined Dannenfeld's as a Restaurant & Catering Lead, where they were responsible for managing the restaurant and catering operations. Later that year, they transitioned to Media Markt, where they became a Sales Department Manager, overseeing sales assistants, managing the sales business, budgeting, and coordinating regional promotions. Frank'semployment at Media Markt ended in 2001.

From 2000 to 2001, Frank worked as a Freelance Writer at Tiscali (Game Surf GmbH), contributing their writing expertise to the company. Frank also briefly worked as a Call Center Representative at theBEEcompany during this period.

In 2000, Frank served as a Private First Class (Obergefreiter) in the Bundeswehr Wir. Dienen. Deutschland., before transitioning to MTS Systemhaus GmbH in 2002. At MTS Systemhaus GmbH, they worked as a System Service Provider until 2005.

From 2005 to 2014, Frank joined Blizzard Entertainment, where they held various roles and gained a wealth of experience. Frank started as a CSR (Customer Service Representative) in the In-Game Service department and progressed to become a Senior CSR and later a Lead in the same department. In 2009, they were promoted to Group Manager, Customer Service, overseeing the customer service operations. Frank left Blizzard Entertainment in 2014.

Finally, in 2015, Frank joined Supercell as the Head of Player Experience. Frank then transitioned to the role of Game Lead for Brawl Stars in August 2018, where they currently hold a position.

Frank Keienburg attended the Realschule J.F. Kennedy from 1991 to 1995. Frank obtained an ISCED Level 2 degree in the field of General study during this period.
