Jannica Routamo

Jannica Routamo has a diverse work experience with a focus on event production, management, and marketing. Jannica started their career as a Sports Marketing, Events & Executive Assistant at Hello Team Finland in 2009. Jannica then worked as a Financial Advisor & Credit Specialist at Aktia from 2011 to 2015, where they built strong relationships with customers and resolved debts for problem credit card holders. After that, they joined Eversheds Sutherland Finland as a Sales & Marketing Coordinator in 2015. In 2017, they were involved in executive events and served as an Executive Assistant to the CEO at Nokia. Jannica played a crucial role in planning and ensuring the success of industry events. Jannica then joined TAPAUS as an Event Producer & Account Manager in 2015, where they managed and produced hundreds of successful events and broadcasts. Finally, they joined Supercell in 2019, where they currently hold the role of Sport Program and Event Lead & Executive Producer. In this role, they redefined and led esports programs, developed a new fan engagement strategy, and managed a vast network of strategic partners. Jannica also served as the Executive Producer for the biggest and most impactful events and broadcasts while creating a work culture that empowers individual talents.

Jannica Routamo's education history begins with completing the Finnish Matriculation Examination at Gymnasiet Grankulla Samskola from 2006 to 2009. Jannica then pursued a Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A.) in Marketing from Arcada University of Applied Sciences between 2010 and 2013. Currently, Jannica is completing two master's degrees. Jannica is enrolled at JAMK University of Applied Sciences, where they are studying Sport Business Management to earn a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree. Simultaneously, they are attending Hanken School of Economics, specializing in Strategic Marketing Management for the purpose of receiving a Master of Science (M.Sc.) degree.
