Mohamed Ismail's work experience began in 2010 as a Chef trainee at Restaurant Savoy. Mohamed then worked as a Chef at Villa Störsvik in 2011 and Boulevard Social in 2012. From 2013 to 2014, they served as a Sushi sous chef at Sushibar+Wine. Mohamed joined HMSHost in 2014, starting as an Executive Chef and later transitioning to the role of Executive Chef Nordics. From 2017 to 2020, they worked as Restaurant Development & QA Nordics at HMSHost. Currently, Mohamed is employed at Supercell since 2020, where they have held the position of Food and Beverage / Special Projects, and is now serving as the Office & Facility Lead / Global Projects.

Mohamed Ismail attended high school from 2001 to 2002 and earned a High School Diploma. Following this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Mining and Metallurgical Engineering at Assiut University from 2002 to 2005. Later, from 2009 to 2011, Mohamed enrolled at Vantaa Vocational College Varia to study Culinary Arts.
