Toni Kontinen has a diverse work experience spanning over several years. Toni began their career in 2008 with the Finnish Defence Forces, where they served for 12 months and was selected for the Reserve Officer School. Following their military service, they joined Omnicom Media Group in 2015, where they held various roles such as Campaign Producer Trainee, Campaign Assistant, Producer, and Senior Planner. During their tenure at Omnicom, Toni developed and executed digital media plans for different brands and worked with notable advertisers in Finland. In 2018, they joined Rovio Entertainment Corporation as a User Acquisition Campaign Manager and later served as a Performance Marketing Manager and Senior Performance Marketing Manager. Their responsibilities included managing budgets, analyzing data, and optimizing user acquisitions across channels for Rovio's games. In 2020, Toni joined Metacore as a Senior Performance Marketing Manager, where they established and led the performance marketing team, contributing to the significant growth of Merge Mansion. At Metacore, they worked on various areas such as media buying strategy, creative strategy, LTV modeling, and KPI setting. Toni is currently working at Supercell as a Performance Marketing professional, starting in 2022.
Toni Kontinen completed their Master of Science (M.Sc.) in Marketing at Aalto University from 2009 to 2017. In 2014, they pursued an additional degree, a Master of Business Administration (M.B.A.), at UBC Sauder School of Business. Toni also attended Reserviupseerikoulu - Reservofficersskolan - Reserve Officer School, specializing in Military and Strategic Leadership, although the specific years of attendance are unknown.
