Kylie Kiem has extensive experience in business improvement and customer service management, currently serving as the Manager of Business Improvement and previously as a Product Designer at SuperConcepts since June 2017. Prior to this role, Kylie held the position of Executive Manager of Customer Service at Cavendish Superannuation Pty Ltd from 2014 to December 2016. Kylie's career began at Multiport Pty Ltd, where between February 2000 and June 2014, Kylie was the Head of Administration. Education was completed at Kandos High School.
