Jess Wallace

Jess Wallace is an accomplished design professional with a diverse background spanning over a decade in experience design, insights strategy, and service design. Currently serving as Insights Director and Senior Service Designer at SuperDeep Studio since March 2018, Jess also volunteers as an Adventure Leader with Wild Diversity. Previous roles include Senior Experience Designer and Insights Strategist at a self-employed position, along with significant contributions at Ziba Design as a Senior Experience Designer and Design Insights and Trends Strategist. Jess began a career in the arts as Assistant Curator at The White Box Gallery, contributing to notable exhibitions, and gained early experience as a Visual Specialist and Intern Architect. Educationally, Jess holds a Master of Architecture with a focus on Urban Design from the University of Oregon, as well as degrees in Architecture and Urban Design from L’ecole Nationale Superieure d’Architecture de Paris La Villette and the Georgia Institute of Technology.
