Laura Marsh is an experienced retail professional with a career spanning over a decade. Currently serving as a Senior Store Lead at Superdry since September 2013, Laura has also held roles as a Multi Site Store Manager and Dual Site Store Manager within the same company. Prior to Superdry, Laura worked as a Retail Store Manager at M. H. Alshaya Co. from February 2013 to August 2014, and as a Store Manager at JANE NORMAN LTD from July 2007 to June 2012. Responsibilities throughout these positions have included overseeing day-to-day store operations, training staff and new managers, cash handling, stock management, and enhancing store performance. Laura holds a Distinction in Travel and Tourism from Cambridge Regional College, where studies were completed from 2003 to 2005.
