Marcel Schmitz

Marcel Schmitz is an experienced professional in the retail and fashion industry, currently serving as a BM at Superdry since June 2022. Prior to this role, Marcel held the position of International Brands menswear buyer at Retailability (Pty) Ltd from January 2021 to June 2022. Marcel's career at Mr Price Apparel spanned a decade, where responsibilities included Buying Manager Menswear, Senior Buyer, and Buyer. Earlier experience includes serving as Creative Director at Oh Two Clothing from March 2006 to March 2012. Marcel holds a National Senior Certificate in Graphic Design from Durban Central Technical College, obtained between 1992 and 1994.
