Arvind Iyer

Arvind Iyer is a Demand Planning Analyst at SUPERFORM since August 2025, previously serving as a Senior Executive Mechanical in the Reliability Team at SRF Limited from August 2021 to July 2025. Prior experience includes working as a Project Engineer at UPL North America Inc. from June 2018 to June 2021, and a Project Management Intern at L&T Heavy Engineering in May 2017. Arvind began the career as a Graduate Engineering Trainee at Jacobs Engineering India from September 2015 to June 2016, and completed a capstone project at Nuclear Power Corporation of India Limited between June 2014 and May 2015. Arvind holds an MBA in Production and Operations Management from Amity University (2023-2025), an M.S. in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Louisville (2016-2018), a B.E. in Mechanical Engineering from SIES Graduate School of Technology (2011-2015), and a Postgraduate Degree in Logistics, Materials, and Supply Chain Management from the Indian Institute of Materials Management.
