Cailin M. has a long and varied work experience, starting in 1998 as a Music Manager at The Firm. In 2005, they moved to Estee Lauder as a Coordinator of Product Development. In 2007, they returned to music management at Echo Seven Music. In 2010, they joined L'Oréal as a Manager of Global Marketing & Product Development for Redken and Ralph Lauren. In 2014, they moved to Elizabeth Arden as Global Marketing & Product Development for Fragrance. In 2016, they joined Coty as Senior Director of Global Marketing & Product Development for Philosopy Fragrance and Director of Global Marketing & Product Development. In 2019, they moved to NEST New York as Senior Director of Global Brand Marketing. Finally, in 2022, they joined Supergoop! as AVP of Global Product Marketing and Sr. Director of Global Product Marketing.

Cailin M. has completed a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the University of South Florida and an Esthiology Skincare Program from the Aveda Institute-New York.
