Charles Perkins

Charles Perkins has worked in various roles in the retail industry since 1996. charles began their career as an Assistant/Store Manager at J Crew in 1996. In 1999, they became a Store Manager at The Limited, where they achieved consistent volume increases in both The Falls and Aventura locations, and was chosen as a visual test store for the company. From 2005 to 2011, they were the Store Director at SEPHORA, USA, where they increased the annual volume from $1 million to $7 million at the South Beach location. charles then moved to Ulta Beauty in 2012, where they were the General Manager of the flagship store, and successfully recruited to fill all crucial management and staff positions. Since 2014, they have been the Store Manager of the Platinum location for Sunglass Hut division at Luxottica, and is responsible for incremental growth in this focus location with 1.7 million in annual volume. Most recently, in 2021, they became the Sales and Education Coordinator at Supergoop!
