Marietta Jo

Marietta Jo is an accomplished legal professional with extensive experience in corporate law and regulatory compliance. Currently serving as General Counsel, Corporate Secretary, and Head of Regulatory at Supergoop! since January 2023, Marietta is building the legal function for a rapidly expanding global retail and DTC business. Prior roles include General Counsel at Etsy, where responsibilities involved negotiating complex technology agreements and advising on commercial issues, and Assistant Counsel at The Estée Lauder Companies Inc., focusing on global marketing and advertising compliance. Marietta’s experience also encompasses litigation counsel at Avon and a litigation associate at Kelley Drye & Warren LLP, where Marietta handled commercial and intellectual property matters. Marietta holds a JD from New York University School of Law and a Bachelor’s Degree from Amherst College.
