Currently serving as the Chief Information Security Officer (CISO) at the Superintendencia de Bancos de la República Dominicana, James previously held key positions such as Executive Director at the Centro Nacional de Ciberseguridad República Dominicana and Director of Information Security at Banco de Reservas. Additionally, James founded the Fundación DO-CSIRT to support national cybersecurity efforts and worked as an independent consultant, providing expertise in network security and incident response.
