Adam Hatala M.d.

Adam Hatala M.D. is currently a Resident Surgeon in Otolaryngology Head and Neck Surgery at SUNY Upstate Medical University Hospital, a position held since May 2024. With a strong background in emergency medical services, Adam serves as a Senior Paramedic Field Training Officer at Superior Ambulance Service, Inc. and as a Volunteer Paramedic with Union Volunteer Emergency Squad, Inc. Adam's previous experience includes a Research Project Lead role in the Dept. of Otolaryngology at SUNY Upstate Medical University and working as a Flight Paramedic for Air Methods. Educationally, Adam earned a Doctor of Medicine from Upstate Medical University and a Bachelor of Science in Biological Sciences with a concentration in Human Nutrition from Cornell University, along with an Associate in Science from SUNY Broome Community College and an Associate in Applied Science in Paramedicine. Adam completed high schooling with an Advanced Regents Diploma from Union-Endicott High School.
