Samantha Boyle

Samantha Boyle is an accomplished management professional with extensive experience in project management, performance excellence, and culture diversity initiatives. Currently serving as Performance Excellence Manager at Superior Bowen since January 2023, Samantha previously held dual roles as Alumni Network Program Manager and Culture, Diversity, and Inclusion Manager at RSM US LLP from December 2019 to June 2022. Samantha's background includes leadership of global project delivery teams at WorldFirst, where project management efforts supported strategic business initiatives. Earlier roles at RSM involved project management for financial institutions, while experiences at H&R Block focused on product development and customer experience enhancements. Samantha began their career with a database marketing internship at Commerce Bank and holds a degree in Finance and International Business from The University of Kansas.
