The Operations Team at Superior Choice Credit Union is dedicated to enhancing the efficiency and effectiveness of the organization's loan processing and service delivery. Led by the VP of Loan Operations, the team manages loan workflows, ensures compliance, and optimizes operational processes. With a Project Manager overseeing initiatives and a Document Solutions Coordinator managing essential documentation, they work collaboratively to provide seamless experiences for members and support the credit union’s mission of service.
